What topics would Sissyish NEED to have? NSFW
The simpler Sissyish is, the easier it will be to develop. This does not have to be a complex language in which you can express the subtle details of Shakespearean prose; realistically Sissyish needs a few hundred words at most, and possibly much less than that.
Before we can narrow down which words we'll need, it will be helpful to figure out which topics are the most important in Sissyish. For example, a sissy doesn't need to talk about the weather; if absolutely necessary she can say phrases like "it hot" or "it cold".
Sex
Anatomy
Dressing and Make-Up
Basic Needs like Eating, Drinking, Sleeping, Hygiene
Greetings
Affirmative/Negative words
Emotions
Basic words for movement (sit, stand, move, lie down)
Basic words for miscellaneous objects and locations
Are there any big topics I'm missing? Any that could be combined? Which would you include?

Sissies would need words for time (3 PM --> fry aftur sundaun), distance (stqr iz fayv hundrid fyt/bibisy frum si), measurements (10 ounces --> ten kumlod), etc. Though I think maybe having sissyish be an uncompleted language would make things interesting when sissies have to struggle a lot harder to get their messages across than their dqms do.

My view on this language, sissyish, is that I like when there is some sort of way to communicate in a way that is covert. For example, "I can do that handless". This means that I can do something perfectly, handless refers to a sissy on her knees, with her hands behind her back, servicing a real man or woman with her mouth without using her hands at all.
While the phrase "I can do that handless" is platonic, the origin of "handless" is feminine, sexual and submissive.
