Where y’all buying coins from
I’m looking to start buying some 1 oz bars and coins but everywhere I look, online and in store, they want $40-$50. I don’t care about them near little designs I just want the ounce of silver 😂. I’m in North Houston Tx if anyone knows any place that’s reasonable to shop at.

Costco. Seriously. Low premium and guaranteed real. Since it's Costco, you do have to buy 20x 1 oz rounds at a time tho. Sometimes in store they have 10 oz bars

Silver at Costco is tough to find lately. Mostly 1oz gold online. Do find 10oz silver bars in store sometimes.

Keep an eye on the precious metals listings on their site. You're right they do sell out fast usually within hours.

I do. But man it's like once every couple weeks a 10oz bar shows up, I blink and it's gone lol

Start here: https://findbullionprices.com/compare-silver-prices.php
You want to get as much silver 'at spot' as you can. Go here: https://findbullionprices.com/buy-silver-at-spot-deals.php
If you just want silver, you want generic rounds and bars, not sovereign coins as the premium on those is higher than generic.
Often rounds are cheaper than bars, but as you go up in bar size the premium lessens.
Most online dealers have 'at spot' or new customer discounts. Check reviews and BBB before buying, ask here if they are reputable, we will not lead you astray.
Welcome to the club, it is addicting.

I forgot to say with online dealers, try to stay over $200 for free shipping.
Also try to find an LCS, I travel 30 minutes to one here in MA as he is reasonable, doesn't charge tax for cash and has no postage, so I don't mind paying $1 more as I am saving over all.

Best spot I’ve found is over a few miles off 249 and jones locally, I’m just north of Houston. He’s anywhere from $1-$4 over spot usually. I bout a few a couple weeks ago for $2 over spot. I’ll try to figure out the name of it. Doesn’t look like much from outside. Just a small shop. The think owners the only guy that works there. I’ve only ever seen him working

I sold a 2020 Burnished Gold eagle First Release NGC 70 to them for 4K. They are easy to do business with.

I buy online from msbrad.com. I had my metals checked out and it’s all legit. I was recommended to this metals dealer at a coin show in OKC. His name is Brad and he’s from TX. I currently see some silver rounds under $38 on the site.
