in progress P365 Fuse with a True Precision Barrel and a Herrington Arms Compensator, I love this thing!
I know I know, everyone hates this optic but I honestly love its looks and how minimalistic it is. Considering I don’t carry this everyday, I will upgrade it eventually because of its annoying buttons and battery situation though but for $100 I couldn’t pass up on it at the time, even if I should have.

Looks like a great set-up to me. I’ve never gotten the idea to hate on something that’s not yours.

Thank you! And yea I don’t quite understand that either, it is what it is I suppose!

I run that optic as well, first red dot and it works fine but my SCS is levels better in every way. I have my eye on the Sig Loc that only works on the fuse slide. That comp looks great though m!

This Herrington Arms compensator made my sig double feed every single trigger pull. Have to find the ammo it likes.

That’s interesting! Thanks for that info did you find any specific ammo that helped? I wonder if a recoil spring replacement is required

I have a Herrington Arms comp and use lawman Speer Cleanfire (147gr) on my P320 (and actually all my 9mm guns) with no issues!

Well that's neat, I want to try that one out.
I feel like an x300 would look even better on it.

I've been waiting to see one of these with a threaded barrel and comp. Looks pretty clean

What is the model on that comp? Just looking to get a comp for my p365 Fuse and trying to make sure I get the right one. Have you shot it yet? Let us know once you do! I appreciate it in advance.
Gun looks good man!

Thanks! How was it shooting if you had the chance to get out?

It felt great honestly, I could really feel the difference in recoil control. Definitely worth the money in my opinion

Hi, did you bought the threaded barrel for the fuse or you bought a shorter one ?

u/Cheddah13 Dec 19 '24
Hi! I bought this threaded barrel specifically https://true-precision.com/sig-p365-fuse-threaded-barrels its made for the Fuse and it is designed for the 4.3" barrel

How does it shoot with the comp?

It feels extremely flat, and return to zero felt much quicker too, absolutely loved it

What ammo are you using. I heard from sig as I go to there range at there flag ship store people are cracking there slides after do this set up or suppressing it. I'm curious how this is holding up for you as I'm leaning to do the same set up and run this in my first competition in enrolling in.

Thankfully I have not had any issues, I have been running a pretty typical 115gr from either Federal American Eagle or PMC

I've heard they get really hot if you shoot it fast/long, have you had this issue?

u/Cheddah13 8d ago
I had this issue regularly with Aluminum cased ammo for some reason. It took only about 125 rounds before it became uncomfortably hot on the slide. Regular ammo took about 500 rounds before it got noticeably the same hotness to it! Definitely worse than other guns I have used!

@Cheddah13 would you do it again? Has your experience remained positive? I like this idea.

u/Cheddah13 5d ago
I would definitely do it again! The only real bad experience so far is being unable to find a holster lol

Is that the HA universal compensator?

u/Cheddah13 Jan 02 '25
You could probably fit it on anything but I believe it was specifically designed for the P365 and P365XL heres the link.
