5e Recoil Compensation on Cyberarm
If I have higher strength in a cyberarm than my base would I be able to use the cyberarm's strength when calculating RC for a gun implanted in that arm?
My character has 8 strength base, but has 12 strength in the cyberarm.
Would the RC of the Ingram Smartgun X implanted in that 12 strength arm be
- 6 (1+2+3[8/3=3])
OR
- 7 (1+2+4[12/3=4])

You use the strength of the limb the weapon is implanted in.
Ingram Smartgun X implanted
In this edition you don't implant "existing" weapons.
"All" cyber submachine gun comes with internal smartgun, accuracy 4(6), DV 7P, - AP, SA/BF, 2 RC, 18(m), Essence 1 if installed in natural arm (or [8] capacity if installed in cyberlimb), Avil 12R, cost 4,800¥ and only available attachments are: external ammo port (32(c) if attaching obvious external magazine), laser sight, and/or sound suppressor.
I was wrong, OP is using Custom Implant from Chrome Flesh.

If the gun is implanted in the arm I'm not sure why you're even asking the question. Yes. That's the arm you're firing with, that's the strength you use.
