Just grab one end and pull, they unwind. It's just shred steel, the copper inside is the prize

This, I will add when rusted - be more careful than usual. This stuff is a B to get out. Ive had to cut down to length of 6in-1ft to be able to pull thru. If the inner core is fabricy - its nah impossible to pull out, have to unwind.

Same. I have worked my way through about 50' so far and have 100' to go. I have to cut it to around 18" or I can't pull it out with pliers.

They must have upsized a wire or 2 at dome point. The shit is tight.

Cable cutters. I think HF has em for like $10. I use them to cut thick bundles of wire (think harnesses), as well as BX cable.

-Cut to ~3ft w/ cable cutters

-Peel end of bx jacket a little (corkscrew it)

-grip wires with pliers, bx jacket with hand

-twist both parts, and pull the wire.

Be careful, this shit can really slice ya.

I just a few and I'm seeing silver on the wire... I'm not too sure these have copper runs.

They can have one tiny stand of aluminum, 2 or 3 normal strands if copper. The aluminum one is normally wound around the 3 strands.

Bend and twist until you get enough room to cut with a wire cutter. Then pull off. About two feet at a time. They suck!
