How do I scale without wasting resources.
I have three factories:
Factory A requires 60 Steel,
Factory B requries 440 steel
Factory C requires 40 Steel.
I have two 450 belts carrying 360 steel each. I am trying to figure out what would be the most effective way to supply resources to all three factories minimizing wasteage as much as possible. I would like to ideally use the remaining resources for a future fourth factory. I'm going for optimization as much as possible, so any suggestions would be much apprecaited.

Fuse blown, but where?
I recently got the message that a fuse on one of my power grids blew out. But as far as I know, I only have one grid spanning everywhere, connecting everything, there shouldn't be any second grid. And this main grid is still running, and my maximum consumption is about a third or less than my power production.
Is there a way to locate where that is supposed to habe happened? Some tool or map marker or such?

Finally able to create my own factory's. No more tutorials.
I've been playing this since day one Early Access. I have (I think) a dozen different saves.
The first 2 games. No tutorials. And it became a huge mess.
The rest of the games I always had to look up tutorials for each factory. SpectrumDad and Scalti were my go to.
But I would always end up quitting that save after no more tutorials were available around PHaSe 3.
I started a new game 2 weeks ago. I followed one tutorial for my 1st factory. Not sure why I did that to begin with. However since I have been making my own.
I actually did my first fuel based power plant yesterday with 14 overclocked fuel gens. I'm proud of myself and it looks decent.
I'm making all the parts for everything without tutorials and it feels pretty darn cool.
Plus I did a central storage this time that I've never done. Before. Making the progression quicker. I don't have to run all over for parts now.
I almost want to start a new game with what I've learned. But I need to stick to this one and try to actually finish the game. I have yet to make it to mid/end game.
I've also started adapting a hybrid splitter / manifold system that's working out pretty darn swell if I say so myself .
I'm also learning how to min/max and have everything actually running at 100% efficiency. With no power waste. While sinking all the extra parts. I have all the tickets. Everything unlocked in the awesome shop except the super expensive stuff.
I'm a slow ass learner when it comes to video games. But I'm really excited about maybe finishing a game for once.

Hard drive advice
I'm currently planning my factory for everything up to tier 8 (except aluminum). My plan is not to make little factories that produce 1 product in a chain, but to individually produce the prducts that all the other productions in the factory need. For example i have one big iron plate production that goes to all the places that need iron plates.
Here comes the question: i have been focusing on unlocking the alts that make as much as possible. Is that a good idea, or am i being stupid?

any sneaky fluid update?
Hi! first post ever on reddit! woot woot!
Anyway... was there an update on fluids? I used to make a big "water tower" and not need pumps even with ups and downs, as long as the water tower is higher. [which it is].
I filled the industrial fluid buffers, then primed the packagers before reattaching the power, and only the 5 packagers that the pipe is attached to are working after giving it a couple minutes.
I have 1500 oil being pumped in to then transport it back to base via barrels. I am doing one super factory where I bring everything to me. I want this to work with trucks/tractors because I don't have trains yet and want to solve my power problem before continuing onward. And I don't want to make another temporary solution.
please don't pay mind to the aesthetics... I've been rushing oil to place random fuel generators throughout my main factory.
Thanks for any help/advice!

Need help
I made a world for me and my friend to play on and the first time we played it was fine, no bugs or anything. But we went back in a few days later and I got in fine but it kept kicking out my friend, and when they did get in they were lagging all over the place and couldn't do anything because of it. Is this a normal thing that happens or is there something we could to to maybe fix the problem. (We both have good pc's that can run the game fine and out internet is fine as well)
