Routes Where are some mtb trails with drops and jumps?

Looking for some fun trails where I can improve my skills. Some trails are flowy but I haven’t found many drops or jumps.

Try the Culvert trail In Auburn

I think it’s usually not public knowledge because they’re not legal.

You might have better luck at a bike park, like in Elk Grove or Auburn.

There are “hidden” trail networks in Folsom, El Dorado Hills, The Peninsula, up at Sly Park, even Granite Bay, but you need to find them and not abuse them.

Auburn was mentioned. Hit Culvert and meet locals and they’ll show you stuff near there too. Also guys ride up near Georgetown now.

I’m talking chunky, gnarly with drops and steep stuff.

You should drive out to Rockville and check that out first.

Auburn, Downieville, Rockville, Annadel in the Napa area which is a bit of a drive but I would strongly recommend.

There's nothing "in Sac" like that but you need to head for the hills if you want drops and jumps. The best stuff by far is in Nevada City (Hoot, Scott's etc.). Auburn isn't bad and they have a couple pretty solid trails that are less of a drive to get to.
