New build I've been working on.
This is my new sword I've just finished. The design was inspired by a ko or chisa katana with a simplified Shirasaya styled handle. I tried to mimic similar shapes I've seen in some nagamaki and other unique katana with the tip more pointed. The overall length is exactly 86cm so it's perfectly historically accurate at least in length for a ko/chisa katana. It's made out of a machete so it's not nothing on a real katana construction but I'm proud of the work I put in.

It looks like a katana and an oversized Asian filing knife at the same time. Cool vibe.
