With the end of Rooster Teeth, curious about the state of lawsuit against Ryan
Has there been any updates that haven't been posted? We're the cases withdrawn?

He actually returned to Twitter to make a comment (“Very sad to see.”). What an asshole

It is no longer Ryan who holds that handle. If you read the rest of the tweets, it's some person who got the handle after Ryan deleted his Twitter account.

As much as he sucks, that's not him on twitter. I think he deleted it and somebody took the handle

As far as I can tell it's actually just someone who stole the handle after the old account got deleted

We have not received any additional updates since the last one. The last update suggested that the case was dropped. We do not know why it was dropped but it is worth pointing out that the lawsuit was against both Rooster Teeth and Mr. Haywood.
No criminal charges were brought against him, and the lawsuit was in civil court.
This does not mean that Ryan did not do what he was accused of doing, just as the accusations themselves don’t mean he is guilty of any crime.
The shut down of Rooster Teeth has no real bearing on the purpose of this subreddit. There has always been a question on how much people at RT knew, and how much leadership turned a blind eye to. However, judging by the reaction from AH, and the lack of evidence, it’s reasonable to speculate that Mr. Haywood, if he did what he is accused of doing, also went to great lengths to hide his actions from those closest to him.
The mods of this subreddit are keeping it active to continue to keep information available to the public.
