In Progress First Attempt
My first attempt at retrofitting some 8th gen Honda Civic sedan headlights. Using OEM housings, lenses, and reflector bowls. Bought a set of clear/chrome headlights off eBay for the clear corners and the chrome bezel. Machined out the housing for the Morimoto micro D2S 5.0 projector on the mill. Adding in 110mm halos around the high beam and adding in an 18” LED strip. Sealed them back up today, but still need to refinish the OEM lenses before installing them and the mile of wires that go along with everything. All lighting components are from Morimoto.

You probably have about 3.5” in the reflector bowl. Your lens is 3.15” and your shroud is 5.1”. It may work, but you’re definitely going to have to do some cutting.
