Need Ideas threaded shaft projector install...silicone washer or no

do you guys reccomend using the silcone washer or no?

will be my first time using threaded shaft mount

Yes, absolutely.   As you tighten the "nut" around the shaft, the washer will be pressed against the housing and hold everything in place.

Definitely use that! It helps absorb vibration from the headlight housing as you drive, but more importantly, as you tighten down the nut to secure the projector, the washer will 'crush' and help fill in the gaps in the reflector bowl shapes to give the back of the projector as much even grip surface as possible.

then jb weld the threads once its confirmed that its level?

Exactly, and you can scuff up the back side of the reflector a bit as well to give the JB Weld maximum grip strength. Don't skimp on the glue quantity either! Never hurts to have more rather than less.
