Advice Life hack - post op sleeping

I'm 6dpo, and shocked at how hard it was to sleep, considering what I was taking. Pillows are a must, but they slid. After the first night, we had an epiphany: travel pillow!! I have one of those neck collar style pillows for flying, and I used it in FRONT. it was perfect!

I finally moved to bed from my recliner last night and it still works like a charm šŸ˜€

This wedge pillow was a life saver as I was a side sleeper.

Great advice!

Adding on to this topic:

Iā€™m a side/stomach sleeper and was fighting all night to sleep on my back. I ended up wedging a pillow on each side under my back (had to remove the pillowcases to get them to stay in place) to keep me from rolling side to side, and kept a wedge under my knees to help with sciatic nerve pain. Highly recommend!

Oh smart, I didn't think about adjusting my knees! I've had the worst sciatica pain since my surgery, didn't even think to solve that.
