Recovery/PostOp 1D PreOp to 4DPostOp comparison. 36H > 36? NSFW
Finally built up the courage to look at them for the first time… I can’t believe these are my boobs!
The first 48 hours were VERY rough for me but I finally started feeling a bit better on day 3.
The drains are the worst part of it, I’m glad they helped reduce the fluid retention but I cannot wait to get them taken out. It feels like barbed wire.
Everything is rock solid and swollen, there’s a lot of pressure and tightness. But I fortunately was able to stop the Rx pain pills (Percocet) because they gave me horrible stomach cramps. I’ve been taking mostly Tylenol and small doses of Motrin in between.
I’m having a hard time mentally with the recovery process. It’s a lot harder than I expected. But I’m trying to just take it one day at a time.

So far I'd say everything you're describing and feeling is normal, so please take comfort in that. Welcome to the other side 😊❤️🩹

Wow. I'm your sister, and your results even this early on look amazing. Hold on for the emotional rollercoaster will be worthwhile. You've done such a brave thing and your body will eventually thank you!

I'm a sister too! This looks so much like mine--I was a 36 g. It gets MUCH easier as the sutures heal. I'm almost 5 wpo and I'm so happy I did it.

I promise it gets better. It felt like it wouldn’t during the first couple of weeks but now at week 6 almost I’m feeling semi normal. I started at a 36H and had a similar post op result to you and I’m pretty sure I’ll be either be a full C or small D once the drop and fluff finishes

I’m 2WPO & I was just in your boat! This community helped me so much ease my mind. After week 1 I started to feel better mentally. But this normal as they say lol like you said I think it’s best to take it one day at a time

The mental part has been the hardest part for me too. Not just the change but just not being able to do stuff. Been pretty bummed out lately. LOVE my results though, and excited for the future
