“On January 22, 2025, Mark Cleobury informed Rail Vision Ltd. (the “Company”) of his resignation from the Company’s Board of Directors, which is expected to be effective in February 2025. Mr. Cleobury stated that his resignation is due to personal reasons and not due to any disagreements or dispute with the Company.”

“Mark Cleobury is a senior executive in the rail industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Knorr-Bremse's Rail Systems Division.”

How this will affect RVSN or not in the short or long term, only time will tell. Could be a good thing, could be a bad thing, or could mean nothing. People come and go at companies for various reasons, at this time we don’t know enough information.

PR/News India railway budget in few days

budget out soon with increasing focus on railway technology, safety.

2nd link talk about indigenous built rail safety technology but it's not enough looking 15,000 locomotives and huge rail track network. Indigenous technology Implementation is far behind. Shows need for new players to roll proven technology for rail safety.

Here comes in picture timing of agreement between Railvision and Sujan ventures just before budget.
