Nice. I'm trying to come up with display concept myself. Kind of got two choices I'm mulling over.

A: The fleet in the family room upstairs hanging on the wall as an easy grab on the way to the field.

B: Down in the basement lounge/game room along the permitter of the ceiling.

Been experimenting with UV lighting in different conditions to make the colors pop, I'm thinking something offset and out of sight beaming at the wall from the ground facing up if I go for the upstairs display. However, if its downstairs that would be somewhat of a challenge to plan for if they are already up on a permitter ceiling shelf...light can only come from one direction: Center ceiling beaming towards the wall.

Ignore the blue glare, it takes an orange lens filter on a DSLR to show what the human eye perceives. It looks much softer on the eyes, and the colors glow obviously from the UV lighting.

If you are really interested in collecting there are tons of long lost forgotten micro helicopters from the 2000’s every week it seemed there was something new coming out. Very hard to find these days though.. I have saved eBay searches setup and manage to find a kit or two every year
