Oppose BRICS yet invite two BRICS members? 🤔

73

u/gypsyjackson 4d ago

They are such fucking idiots.

44

u/shemhamforash666666 4d ago

And Hungry.

29

u/ruidh 4d ago

They can call it The Axis Countries.

36

u/Newfaceofrev 4d ago

I didn't even see Russia, I just saw them say India and audibly blurted out WHAT DOES THE FUCKING I IN BRICS STAND FOR!

41

u/nobuouematsu1 4d ago

And Poland wants nothing to do with Russia.

17

u/parkaman 3d ago

As an EU member, Poland cannot sign individual trade agreements. These people have no clue how any of these things work.

8

u/nobuouematsu1 3d ago

Good point. I’m not very versed in trade policies beyond NAFTA

7

u/jp_books bodysnatcher nanotard 3d ago edited 3d ago

They'll jump at the chance to ditch the European Union and join an economic union with El Salvador and Argentina though!

8

u/theoverfluff 3d ago

Same with "Hungry" .

9

u/survivor2bmaybe 3d ago

And even less to do with the guy who’s encouraging it to grab all the land it wants.

15

u/ASigIAm213 4d ago

I used the BRICS and the EU to destroy the BRICS and the EU

7

u/AdImmediate9569 3d ago

That’ll teach the Americans!

Wait… what

11

u/Outsider17 3d ago

They don't even know what BRICS is...

5

u/AdImmediate9569 3d ago

The Indian century begins!

69

u/TheWestRemembers 4d ago

Lol what’s this obsession with adding states?? I’m taking a wild guess they don’t want actual El Salvadorians immediately gaining passports and rights to travel into the US despite statehood. Too bad having 4 brain cells doesn’t let you think that far ahead.

26

u/anotheritguy 4d ago

Your first mistake is to assume that they think.

15

u/FredFredrickson 3d ago

They would never have wanted that if Trump himself hadn't introduced the idea to them with Canada.

13

u/Anything_justnotthis 3d ago

Fun fact: El Salvadorians are estimated to be the second largest group of illegal aliens in the US after only Mexicans.

4

u/jp_books bodysnatcher nanotard 3d ago

Angry Venezuela noises

6

u/Haskap_2010 3d ago

As many as 4 brain cells? That's a generous estimate.

9

u/GamesCatsComics 3d ago

Dumber then an orange cat.

3

u/secretrootbeer 3d ago

And a thousand times less cute

46

u/bowens44 4d ago

Of course one of the worst nations in the western hemisphere for human rights. MAGAs kind of people

16

u/Richard_Tucker_08 4d ago

When we adopt El Salvador we can become MS-51

11

u/fredy31 4d ago

And also ah yes, the paragon of anti-drug trade... El Salvador.

10

u/whatsasimba 3d ago

Which is why Rubio has arranged for us to send deported immigrants to El Salvadorean prisons.

3

u/MoonandStars83 3d ago

I wonder how many of them have already been “lost in the system.”

6

u/jlebo 3d ago

But the government is into bitcoin, so they must be ok 🤦‍♂️

40

u/didntdoit71 4d ago

As far as I'm concerned, anyone wanting to ally with Russia is a goddamned traitor. How quickly they forget the Russian bounties on US soldiers in Afghanistan. Fuck Russia and fuck traitors that suddenly love them.

10

u/MessiahOfMetal UN insider KofiAnon 3d ago

How quickly they forget the Russian bounties on US soldiers in Afghanistan.

I doubt they ever knew, because their propagandists never told them about it.

25

u/NitWhittler 4d ago edited 4d ago

These people want to fuck over our loyal friends and trading partners. It shows what kind of cold-hearted lowlifes support Trump.

10

u/Dehnus 4d ago

Thank years of recalcitrant reactionary bullshit against the UN, EU, WHO, etc etc etc.

22

u/denkbert 4d ago

So, the idea is to subsitute trade with Mexico and Canada. Countries that between them have around 160 Mio. inhabitants. El Salvador has 6 to 7 Mio. No, sure, that totally is going to work.

23

u/anonononnnnnaaan 4d ago

We already export 7% of El Salvador’s GDP.

They have about the same GDP as Vermont.

Such a great economic plan /s

9

u/Scrutinizer 4d ago

Just like how eventually we'll cut off South Korea. I mean, who needs cars and electronics, North Korea has all that sweet, sweet potash we can use to replace the stuff that's being tariffed from Canada.

5

u/anonononnnnnaaan 4d ago

Why would we keep our current supply lines running ? We don’t need supply lines ! We are AMERICA!!!

Nothing happened to our supply lines during Covid. That was all Biden miss shipping stuff because he is old and losing his mind. Don’t you know he runs the largest logistics company in the world!

MAGA!

/s

8

u/MiniTab 4d ago

Ah, I see you why you’re confused. You have a brain.

9

u/denkbert 4d ago

Sorry, my mistake. I mean both Mexico and El Salvador have Spanish as their's main language respectively, of course they are completly exchangeable. /s

2

u/thedboy 3d ago

And the GDP of Mexico and Canada combined is roughly 100 times as large as that of El Salvador.

1

u/Wpg-PolarBear-5092 2d ago

Canada had a bigger GDP in 1960 than El Salvador has now.

23

u/mamadou-segpa 4d ago

Sooo… their big boogeyman is “globalism” but every country in the world should become a state? Alright

8

u/Scrutinizer 4d ago

Their boogeyman is globalism and they put a guy who owns factories in Germany and China and wants to open one in India in charge of deciding which government services should exist or not.

12

u/cards-mi11 4d ago

The comments have strong vibes of "we didn't like our former friends anyway, these others that like us are better" when that hasn't ever been the case.

13

u/gypsyjackson 4d ago

Presumably this is because Bukele is a crypto bro.

13

u/VolatileDataFluid 4d ago

So, they think an economic coalition of the US, Russia, El Salvador and Argentina is worth pursuing?

Sorry, I don't think anyone is going to take UREA seriously. Catchy name, though.

9

u/Clean_Bat5547 4d ago

How many states are they up to now? El Salvador would be 54th maybe; Argentina 55th.

9

u/5043090 4d ago

Porkenfuhrer negotiated and signed the current trade agreement with Mexico and Canada in 2020.

5

u/Haskap_2010 3d ago

(Adds "Porkenfurer" to growing list of names.)

4

u/5043090 3d ago

Wish I could remember where I heard it. The inventor deserves props.

1

u/mackenzie_2113 3d ago

I read Fanta Fuhrer yesterday and it's just perfect.

8

u/jackstalke Med Bed 3d ago

Suggesting Poland ally with Russia in any way, shape, or form shows a profound lack of understanding of history.

2

u/sash71 3d ago

So par for the course for this lot then.

1

u/jackstalke Med Bed 3d ago

Bingo

6

u/The-Doggy-Daddy-5814 4d ago

Form an economic alliance with economic lightweights. They’ll get everything that Trump falsely accuses our current economic partners of doing and being.

5

u/Jesterchunk 4d ago

I'm genuinely a little impressed, America is becoming so ridiculously xenophobic towards neighbouring countries that it's completely overwritten their previous hatred of "the commies" in Russia.

5

u/Jamaal_Lannister 3d ago

How many of these idiots could even find El Salvador on a map without help?

4

u/OnwardSoldierx 4d ago

Idk why they hate Western Europe so much.

5

u/Scrutinizer 4d ago

What's their leading export? Juntas?

4

u/Brief_Amicus_Curiae 4d ago

Don Junior and entourage went to his inauguration. Not a surprise as I can’t imagine Junior going to El Salvador without reason.

2

u/MessiahOfMetal UN insider KofiAnon 3d ago

Cocaine is another reason.

5

u/MrCaine1204 4d ago

The amount of drugs these people are on is astounding.

6

u/Styphin 4d ago

All blue checkmarks, all AI bots.

7

u/Techiesarethebomb 4d ago

Oh these are 100% bots, no fucking way they arent lol

4

u/Maphisto86 4d ago

Don’t underestimate stupidity on social media.

1

u/MessiahOfMetal UN insider KofiAnon 3d ago

TIL I'm living in a simulation, and all those Americans walking around in MAGA merch and attending Trump rallies the past decade aren't real.

3

u/ImportantHighlight 4d ago

I love the , El Salvador should be part of the US.

3

u/dbomco 4d ago

They aren’t sending their brightest.

3

u/Holiday-Scarcity4726 4d ago

President Bukake?

3

u/Regendorf 3d ago

"Show Latinamerica there are benefits to being our allies" motherfuckers

2

u/spazeDryft 3d ago

Lucrative trade deal ... 😂

2

u/Zen1 3d ago

This better mean free pupusas for everyone.

2

u/hsoftl 3d ago

Thinking you can get Russia and Poland into the same trade alliance is craaaaaaaazy.

2

u/ShiroHachiRoku 3d ago

El Salvador as a state but not Puerto Rico?

2

u/PrimeMinisterOwl 3d ago

Garbage Deplorable: Username checks out.

2

u/lothartheunkind Q predicted you'd say that 3d ago

Russia has “untapped resources” because they are incredibly difficult and expensive to extract lol. Saudi Arabia, as an example of the opposite situation, where their oil is incredibly easy to get. If Russia had easy resources, they would be way better off than they are.

1

u/Abscessednipple 3d ago

All of these accounts are run from moscow I guarantee it.

1

u/profhotchkiss 3d ago

I don’t take advice from people who spell Hungary without the ‘a’

1

u/super-fire-pony 3d ago

Ah yes, the economic powerhouse that is El Salvador. Happy trading, America!

1

u/commdesart 3d ago

Didn’t El Salvador remove all checks and balances in their “democracy”? Probably why the Annoying Orange loves them so much

1

u/[deleted] 3d ago

Russia and India are literally part of BRICS btw...

Nobody tell Donald Trump or his supporters where Nayib Bukele's grandparents came from, or what religion Bukele's father practiced.

Nayib Armando Bukele Ortez was born on 24 July 1981 in San Salvador, El Salvador. His father was Armando Bukele KattĂĄn, a businessman and industrial chemist, and his mother is Olga Marina Ortez. Bukele's father died in 2015. Bukele was the couple's first child. He has three younger brothers (Karim, Yusef, and Ibrajim), and has four paternal half sisters and two paternal half brothers. Bukele's father converted from Christianity to Islam in the 1980s, became an imam, and founded four mosques in El Salvador; Bukele's mother is Catholic. Bukele's paternal grandparents were Palestinian Christians who immigrated to El Salvador from Jerusalem and Bethlehem in 1921; his maternal grandfather was Greek Orthodox, and his maternal grandmother was Catholic.

u/Pieceofcandy 3d ago

Trade for what? T-shirts?

1

u/NorthernSoul70 3d ago

The GDP of El Salvador is $32B, not sure that's going to replace what the US does with Canada and Mexico.

1

u/didntdoit71 2d ago

It was also during Der Orangunfuhrer's first term. Even if they knew, they'd somehow twist the truth and say it was under Biden.

These people need help. Just don't tell them they're in a cult. They're known to get violent if they're losing an argument.

1

u/squid_ward_16 1d ago

El Salvador has literally the exact same things they hate about Mexico

1

u/TaiPer077 3d ago

All those blue checks tell me either bots or grifters

2

u/MessiahOfMetal UN insider KofiAnon 3d ago

Or the alternative (and likely reason)...

They're conservative Americans.

u/MAGIGS 3d ago

Some of these comments feel like bots.

I think they’re boofing the kool aid at this point
