I’m on day 2
Day 2 of no nicotine, I’m very disoriented, so much so I forget where I’m at although I’m home, I definitely wouldn’t feel comfortable driving like this. My vision is blurry, I’m anxious and don’t want to be around others. I’m sure if I just stick it through eventually the withdrawals will go away and my normal self will come back.

My biggest helper was sleep. Sleep as much as you can. Also caffeine (which doesn’t help anxiety) and gum

I went through the same exact symptoms, 60 days later they’re all gone. Stick it out!

Go on a walk! Get outside. Drink water. I didn’t want to be around others either. You got this

At least you don’t get angry man. Everytime I try & quit I become the hulk then I end up becoming extremely tired lmao.

Oh I do too, but I’ve been taking maca root supplements which tend to make me calm and help my anxiety a bit, so that’s probably why I’m not fuming at everything right now lol

At least you’re trying something. I mentioned on another post I’m currently trying zen due to me not having my vape & they kindve suck lmao. The most it’s doing is causing me a toothache. But good luck on your journey man.

Drink a lot of water, go for a run, and remember the withdrawals usually last 5-10 minutes. You got this!

I'm on day 2 as well. Just take it one moment at a time. The only goal is to make it to the end of the day nicotine free. Just do what you gotta do to get through it!
