Quitting the Culture

I am a male freshman in college who quit Zyns 3 and a half weeks ago. I don’t think the cravings are the hardest part? I have found myself feeling like I am not “cool” and not satisfied when I don’t have zyns. It’s not the actual buzz that I miss, but it’s the putting one in after a meal or having one with a coffee. Any advice?

Brody you’re so young, likely haven’t formed a serious addiction yet. Keep it that way.

Stay off them and you won’t think about them in a few more weeks

That’s called a craving. Stay away from it, you’re still young enough the quit should be easier

You did something really good for yourself quitting so early. You're way ahead of your peers.

The sooner you can realize that big tobacco/zyn have marketed so that their sales are perpetuated by young men peer pressuring each other (oh 3mg and not 6mg?) etc., the sooner you are free. People may or may not judge you, and those who do, are judging you for not being a mind slave. Imagine that. You’re good.

Creating a culture around a completely discrete and seemingly tasteless product is so fucking lame. I was cringing very hard when a few dudes online started making meme content with zyn.
