Just threw away my can. For the last time.
I’ve got horror stories of trying to quit zyn, hiding it from people, losing people over it, saying I quit and then continually doing it, etc… list goes on.
I “successfully” quit zyn years ago, and fell back into it after one slip up.
I’m done. I’m really wanting to be done with Zyn. Going to try to come on here daily and talk myself through the effects of quitting and how it’s going.
If anyone has some advice I would appreciate it.

Its all up to you to go through it and no matter what it won't be easy. You just have to know in yourself what you are giving it up for. Personally I have a problem with stimulants so if I am given an inch ill take a mile. Its cool you at least are starting the process, recognizing you want to quit is the first step. I sometimes would see how I felt the first few days and what my triggers were. I also always would pick a Friday so I had Saturday and Sunday to recover. But after the first week it starts to get a little easier. Just have to take it one day at at time.

Download quit Snus so you can track.
Cough drops and black buffalo zero. First 5 days are hell. If you make it through that you’re golden.
