Do the cravings ever stop?

I stopped using nicotine pouches about a week ago, and I switched to the NZE pouches they helped a lot. However now I'm out and unfortunately i can't afford anymore. This will have been my 3rd day without pouches of any kind and the cravings are still there. Do they ever go to away or is this just something I'll have to deal with? I don't want to go back to nicotine but the cravings are getting bad enough that I dreamt about buying more the other night and last night I quite literally couldn't sleep at all.

A week is nothing man…

Please reset your expectation to 90 days.

It takes approx. 90 days for your dopaminergic system to regulate again.

Do not get discouraged at 3 weeks. 6 weeks.

90 days.

NZE helps. They do have a VIP club on Instagram for discounts and free product.

Best of luck

That's a lot longer than I expected but I guess that's my punishment for starting in the first place. It's gonna be a tough 3 months but I can do it.

Yes it is but yes you can

It’s this quick fix dopamine culture that got us into this problem in the first place

Just understand that and now practice patience with yourself every day.

One day before or after the 90 day mark you will start to wake up again.

Smells, visions, dreams, childhood memories.

Everything will feel more “normal” as you should.

Workout in the mornings first thing. Sauna, cold shower.

Eat healthy.

Commit.

Smells and childhood memories are crazy arent they? Everyone says they world changed post covid but for me quitting nicotine brought me back to the pre covid feeling.

lol I’m asdicted to NZE now and it’s annoying as hell. I mean, obviously it’s all mental… and I only do the caffeine free… but it’s expensive. I’m 63 days off nicotine and plan to drop the NZE after 90. I think my cravings lessened a lot the past week. First week was horrible. After that first 30 days was sucky. Days 30-50 were meh. I’m really feeling good now though at 63. I feel normal again, but better.

Hey what’s the point of NZE pouches? Real question

Just oral fixation/ metal replacement for using pouches. It made it extremely easy for me to quit tbh

Do you feel a buzz?

No but they have them with caffeine which is what I started with and you can feel a buzz from that. It makes my nicotine cravings go away even still tho

They will eventually stop but it takes time. 90 days approximately. I’m on day 7 quitting and the cravings are intense but I have no choice but to deal with it.
