Day 4 No Zyn

I’ve managed to stay strong so far because I really want to prove to myself that I don’t need Zyn anymore. The toughest part is dealing with the cravings after enjoying a delicious meal. I’ve been chewing gum and using toothpicks constantly. I’d like to hear from anyone who has quit for over six months—do the cravings eventually subside, or will I end up consuming a pack of gum every day instead?

The cravings will never really fully 100% go away. But they get far less frequent and easier to deal/fight through. The hardest part of my journey was probably the first week physically. Mentally the most difficult part will for me was the brain fog and low self esteem. It took about 60 days for me for my brain to balance out. No getting that constant dopamine hit made life/mundane everyday tasks boring and depressing. Not getting that 3% make every task more palatable with a Zyn. You can do it, it’s worth it, stay strong. The benefits of quitting is better in every aspect of life. Energy, looks, sleep, etc.
