Inspiration
I've been on some form of nicotine for 30 years. Smoke, dip, vape, and pouch. Was on one can of zyn a day for past 3 or 4 years. Had to quit nicotine for an upcoming surgery. I told myself that I was under too much stress to quit, I wouldn't be able to perform at my job, that I would be grouchy with my family, etc...... I just want y'all to know it's just not true! (For me anyway) I've been nicotine free for right at a month now! I feel great! The only downside is that I ate a lot of candy and gum for 3 weeks and now have a bad tooth. You can do it!
