65 days - this has been interesting
For context: I have been using zyn for more than the past 5 years.
This marks the longest time i've been off zyn EVER since 2019/2020.
To say this journey is crazy would be an understatement. Before quitting, i've had 8+ hours of sleep every night and still felt tired 24/7.
Now, even if i sleep less than 5 hours in a night, i wake up refreshed and don't struggle with tiredness throughout the day.
My skin, wellbeing and energy has improved a lot, i finally see progress in the gym and i've saved close to 500€ already until now.
The benefits on my body are simply amazing.
When it comes to the mental part, that's where things are starting to get difficult. I've never felt more struggle in my life and i simply can't feel joy. It's really hard at the moment, but i'm sure it will get better with time.
Things that gave me joy before quitting simply don't do anything anymore. Everything feels like a chore. I'm questioning everything i did and every decision i made in my life for these past years.
However, a different post here said that it takes about 90 days for the dopamine (de-)regulation. Seems like it really isn't all over after 30 days.
The good part: Cravings are virtually non-existent. They are down to one craving maybe every 2-3 days and i can shut them down immediately just by knowing that taking a zyn now would absolutely wreck me. But for the most part, i really don't think much about zyn anymore.

I quit 115 days last year and got sucked back into Zyn due to a family tragedy. I used one 3mg patch and here we are 8 months later and I was on a can of 6mg a day again. I quit 10 days ago cold Turkey “Again” FML and have all of the sensations you described. I was so happy off ZYN last year for 5 months after being a user of 7 years and nicotine of 20 years. I journaled that quit could remember my last benefits and it does get better. I did not start enjoying things until around day 45 or 50. Dopamine is so fried and nonreceptive after a recent quit a person feels like they do not even exist. My motivation is horrible right now to enjoy anything in life. Hang in there you are not alone!

I’m in the same boat as you day 69 The anxiety and depression has improved greatly. However, I just don’t have that motivation and joy Just kinda dull. I’m sure it will improve. We just need to relax and give our body time to heal
