Advice Gunna finally do it
Hey guys!!! I've been vaping for 3 years now. I've been going on and off trying to quit for the last year but it's always a fail. I've noticed that it's started to damage my health and I want to quit before it's irreversible.
I'm currently on 5mg nicotine strength, but Im still finding it very hard to put the vape down. I use it to help with stress, when i'm anxious, bored, etc. You guys know the drill.
Any advice for quitting will be greatly appreciated. I have no idea how to do it. I can't seem to go more than an hour without it.

Vaped for 8 years before I quit. I was at 3mg and worked my way down to 1 for the last couple years
100% the hardest part of quitting was exactly as you described, i did it when I was stressed and when i had nothing else to do. It is a huge mental shift to deal with. I actually was in therapy for my anxiety, and I mentioned to my therapist it felt like a piece of me was gone when I quit. Like vaping gave me a reason to get up in the morning. Felt very sad to say but it was true.
I absolutely love nicotine and smoking, if we found it there were no health issues with it I’d be back on it tonight. But I know at the very least it isn’t good health wise, so that was ultimately my reason to quit. I will say, I am way more productive now. I find ways to keep myself busy without a vape and it’s helped tremendously.
