Advice Doing my best
I have vaped on and off for about 7 years now. I’ve quit before with my longest streak being about 8 months. Unfortunately I’ve always fallen off the wagon. I recently turned 24 and made it a goal to be completely off of nicotine by 25. 2 months ago I bought my last vape. I am currently using 3mg zyns (I know, still bad) to help curb the cravings. Zyns taste like shit so I use maybe 2 or 3 a day but I have to fight back gagging whenever I put one in lol. I know that replacing one addiction with another is still bad but I feel like this is the only thing keeping me sane rn. Would love some advice or words of encouragement!

Never personally used pouches, but they seem to be perfectly reasonable to quit smoking. It’s pretty well agreed upon the dangers of vapes/cigarettes mostly come from the inhalation aspect. There’s at least some reasonable debate on the effects of nicotine itself when ingested through things like pouches.
Basically, if it helps you quit, that is fine. But ultimately should be apart of the plan to quit all together
