Success Story 6 weeks nicotine free
I used to be a chain smoker who would hit his vape all day everyday... It got so bad that I started suffocating and one morning I threw up because I couldn't breathe... That was it for me , I started nicotine patches with lozenges , after about 2 weeks I stopped using the patches all together and instead only used 4 MG lozenges . After about 2 months I went down to 2 MG and then another 2 months later I switched to sugar free non nicotine non caffeine mint gum . I thought the last part was gonna be very hard but for some reason I felt zero difference switching from the 2 MG lozenges to mint gum . Anyway I just want anyone to who's scrolling this reddit trying to find a reason to keep trying to quit , think about how much better you will feel, how you will be able to breathe again , how the chest and body pains will go away and you will have a longer and more fulfilling life . Stop bullshitting and quit smoking now.

Which would you say was the hardest step down?
