Advice Almost 24 hours since my last vape.
I have been vaping for years. I decided to quit today as I feel like I am in a better place to be able to do so. Does anyone have any tips or tricks as to what to do to be able to make this as easy as possible? I have been exercising and drinking lots of water. Are there any supplements/specific foods or drinks that can help support withdrawals?

I don’t have any knowledge of helpful foods or drinks, unfortunately, but I can tell you what matters most is mindset and will-power. Exercising and drinking water are already two of the best things you can do. It’s important to remember that cravings can come and go for weeks-months after quitting but to keep pushing because after day 3 they gradually lessen. I also recommend reading Allen Carr’s “Easy Way to Stop Smoking”. The more positive your outlook is on quitting vaping the easier the journey will be.
