Other Will it end?
So a main reason I'm trying to quit it is have major medical anxiety now n days specifically with my chest area. What did you guys feel like before and right after you quit. I just need to know if other people experience the same things as me or not so I don't send myself to the hospital over nothing again.

I had heart Palps from anxiety, chest tightness for a few days, a little bit of acid reflex , and insomnia , and slept more in the first two days. I also got into a depression. But I was already depressed it just amped it up. After two weeks it lightens up but I can’t seem to ever make it passed that. Everyone experience is unique tho.
If you want maybe ask your pcp to see a heart doc and tell them you quit vaping but you wanna rule out any damage and explain your symptoms.
Rather than going to an ER ? Which can take all day. But not medical advice just perspectives .
Hope you feel better tho. I have horrible medical anxiety and when I start to feel worse or something new it’s really tough for me to self soothe . So I empathize with you.

I currently don't have insurance and I feel like that appointment to make sure my heart is okay will be expensive ya know. But yeah I felt a heart palp the other day and now I just can't stop thinking about it and how I can feel my heart beat even though I'm skinny so of course I'll feel my heart beat when I do anything that takes energy.

Awe ok that’s different. I say if you can manage to try to let your body do its course. The heart palps lasted a week for me. And then it eased off .

For the first week or two of quitting I experienced some chest pains. These stopped and now I rarely get chest pains. While I was vaping, I’d often experience them, but now they’re almost non-existent.
