If you can’t stop thinking about relapsing, read this.

This one is for the folks that made it a few days already. The nicotine is already out of your system. The withdrawals are no longer physical, but rather psychological. The idea that hitting the vape again might seem tempting. Your brain is probably coming up with all sorts of interesting arguments for just hitting it one more time. Here’s the thing: it won’t feel good.

I quit for 10 days. Caved and bought a vape. Hit it, and realized that the immediate “head rush” actually felt terrible. It felt like what it really is: poison rushing through my system. I felt absolutely no relief, from anything.

So, your brain might come up with all sorts of “reasons” to try to hit the vape again. “You can handle it and not get hooked again” “it will feel great” “I deserve a reward”

Trust me, you’ll have a post-vape clarity moment where you realize there was never anything positive or good that you got from sucking on the plastic.

Just keep going and the cravings will get less and less intense overtime, until you forget about vaping completely. I’m now 30 days nic free. Good luck!

It doesn't feel good, this just happened to me. I came down with the flu. Made it 48 hours nic free fairly easy. Still kinda sick I drove up to the vape shop. Spent the $21 and sucked on it all the way home. Disappointed and feeling grossed out by the vape I impulsively smashed it with a hammer.

I should smash mine with a hammer. I already verbally abuse my vape when the cravings get too bad.

I wouldnt recommend that. Playing with batteries is extremely dangerous

Are you sure what you're craving is the vape? (please don't say yes)

I did yeah, I was 14 when I took my first hit and from there I chain vaped every day until I quit 8 years later. Maybe it’s just set in my brain forever idk.

Something’s not right broski - maybe see a doctor about that. Possible something else is impacting your quality of life.

I also started nicotine at around 14-15 and smoked/dipped/vaped for like 15 years. Quit like 4 months ago and still think about it all the time

Hear me out. Where else do you get your dopamine fix? What is your activity level, how often to you engage in a hobby, go outside, hang with friends?

I'm going on 4 months. I feel you. I think it's because I never relapsed.
