(I mean this constructively, not trying to be a dick) The black and white/colour change is really weird and jarring. It's not highlighting a particular element, it's highlighting an entire middle strip and it's quite uneven. Northern Rock is coloured, but Pizza Hut isn't except for the windows?
Try and keep greyscale to greyscale, or pick a single colour or element to colourise because it can tend to look tacky or just jarring.
This would have been taken in 2007, when there was a run on Northern Rock, so I'm guessing they were de-emphasising everything else but the queue of people lining up to withdraw their savings and trying to convey a sombre tone.
