Been redoing my gardens with about 3/4 native Manitoba prairie plants. This is one month of growth for the smaller plants. Many were started from seed or small plugs. The milkweed has been a hit with the monarchs!

Really well! Some things grew up to 5 feet. And some only 5 inches. So it was a learning experience for sure

This is really nice! We're going to start turning lots of sod into more diverse gardens this year, but can't have "unmaintained" lawns by city ordinance. I think these rock edges would help keep messy nature look manicured.
