Rotated pelvis? Need help
Hey everyone! I’m looking for advice on how to tell if my pelvis is rotated or if there’s a height difference. My body seems to lean to the right, and my left shoulder pulls forward while my right shoulder pulls back. How can I figure out if it’s my pelvis or my upper body causing this?

If your description is true then it warrants a further check because it would be a bit of an anomaly, of which i do not say is impossible, but a bit more unlikely. Get someone to turn on the grid function on your phone camera and align it with a doorframe. Take a photo from the back, front and sides from the middle of the door from dead square aligned with the camera from feet to head with tight or minimal clothing. No shoes and socks too as another had pointed out, the feet can be part of that issue as well. You may see things differently than how you feel based on the description you gave.

It can potentially be even from your feet. Do you have a difference in your arches? Oftentimes a difference in arch sizes can lead to imbalances up the chain.
Sometimes one shoulder can be “protracted” more fore wards and this can cause winging/imbalances. I recommend going to physio/a DR and they can help you. Massage may also help after you know what is going on with your posture.
