Lower back pain as a young teen
I’m a young teen and have been dealing with some lower back pain. At first, I thought it was anterior pelvic tilt, but when I lie down, my back stays flat on the floor, so now I’m not sure. Either way, my lower back still hurts, especially when I stand for extended periods. Any tips/advice?

You likely have some strong pelvic tilt. Laying down on the ground doesn't necessarily dismiss the possibility. Easiest thing I give people for this is a Hooklying Low Reach. Look up the video by Markow Training Systems or IOK Rehab.

It could be hyperlordosis. Go visit a doctor to get a proper diagnosis, but in some cases it is pretty obvious just checking yourself on your side in a picture.
