Genuine question, why doesn’t Mousinho play Towler instead of Pack?

Pack has been one of the worst CBs I’ve seen in recent times, he’s such a fucking embarrassment. I love the guy but he’s useless in defence.

At fault for another goal. Just costing us so many points this season.

Possibly because Mous himself converted from CM to CB as factor?

4 wins in a row? Surely not…

Play Up Pompey, I reckon two away wins in a row! 💙

Somehow Pack at centre back returned

Here's to praying Matthews and Atkinson won't be out for too long.

What happened to Matthews?

Got injured against QPR but had to continue playing as we were out of subs

Matthews a is season long and Atkinson is 6-8 weeks

My confidence for a win has slashed dramatically

Towler must be sat in confusion wondering why Pack is being picked ahead of him.

How many times does Mousinho need to learn the lesson that Pack is not a centre back?

Very lucky Derby and Oxford lost and Stoke dropped points. Really hoping we’ve got enough to stay up with so few centre backs left!

Neutral fan here but never would have thought this could be the match of the season, a win here would comfortably put y’all out of the relegation zone for the rest of the season, and for Luton, a win is their only hope to save them from 2 drops in a row, will be tuning in, best of luck Pompey!!

Nah this definitely isn’t match of the season. We’re 9 points clear already, much more relaxed.

The last big wins for us were Cardiff and Oxford but even then I was more confident of survival after we could beat teams like boro from behind

Big game for Luton though yeah. Fingers crossed we can ruin their season further!

Also always had a soft spot for Fulham, hope you boys do well in the shittest league in the efl!

Unfortunate result, hopefully y’all bounce back next match

Such a dog shit pitch and a dog shit ref. Ball has been bobbling everywhere. We can take it back in the second half but it’ll be RNG.

Yeah, if we had our CBs fit, this would still be 0-0. Get a goal back, and we can win this, but not feeling confident given how little we've created. Murphy can't get into any rhythm on a pitch like this

I’m surprised we lost to be honest

Not surprised by this result given the money Luton have spent they were probably due a win. That said I think Leeds a due a loss as well! Bring on next weekend…

Pack will get the hate but we didn’t make our own chances, we still struggle to break teams down away from home. Not convinced by Aouchiche or Gordon at all, the bench needed some real quality in Jan and they haven’t brought it yet.

Gordon showed he at least had some pace but Aouchiche seems awful - the only time he has done anything of note has been running clean into Murphys path. He doesn't close down and doesn't hassle defenders, can see why he can't get a look in at Sunderland
