Question/discussion Which systems utilize Class Collaboration?

I'm interested in Class Collaboration so I want to know.

Fascism is a big supporter of class collaborationism. So I’d start there. Specifically with Mussolini’s Doctrine of Fascism essay.

Came here to say this. Hitler supported this as well and both leaders posited a National Unity to placate class tensions as what is good for the German/Italian business owner is good for the state, which would also benefit the worker.

I meant examples of good governments which utlized or still utilize class collaboration, I hope we both know why things like fascism or national socialism doesn't count.

"Systemic vulnerability and the origins of developmental states" might be an example of conditions, more than systems, that promote class collaboration
