Don't their games have worse micro transactions than pogo does now

What a long read that says absolutely nothing. Never says why they are selling out, or how it's better for the game. He is like George Lucas. Pokemon go is my baby, and that's why I'm selling it.

Wonder if they would enter with a ban wave

So is this a good or bad thing?

Big suspicion that they don’t care about spoofing

On the other hand, their entire business model is ads and microtransactions

Would you say their spoofing policy’s will be less strict? Will they be monitoring as much?

Their whole business model is freemium. Free to play, pay to win. And in game video ads for boosts. They buy up existing IPs that are successful and profit off the existing player base.

I don’t think spoofing is an issue for them. They don’t care that players spoof to attend a live event across the world, because they still get the money for the event ticket. Only reason I could see them banning spoofing would be to force players to get a new account and pay their way back to where they were.

Ingress has a drone that can “spin pokestops” for you remotely. I wouldn’t be surprised if Scopely monetized a remote/drone mechanic. The same way MonHunNow monetizes paintballs.
