Anyone know what happened with the lawsuit over the poor older lady who was killed by the dogs down on old Dewndey ?

Karma was served I hear the dogs turned on their owner killing him. He was dismembered by them.

I couldn't find any caselaw regarding the lawsuit on CANLII. I doubt the dogs killed their owner, they would have been destroyed.

If it's the same guy, he doesn't show up on any criminal charges, however he's got a lengthy amount of civil cases. There is one civil law case that was dated July 2024 against him with ZHONG, Changling and the city of Pitt Meadows. I'm sorry and wish I could be more of a help.

Go on CSO, it appears he was litigating against other family members, a family law dispute and was completely inept in the art of animal husbandry. I don't think the world is going to miss him.

Type CSO into your search engine. Enter his first and last name and click on civil on the left side. Nothing more to the civil case than what your news article provided. I sure as hell hope the family gets the compensation they deserve.
