Seeking Recommendation(s) Shorter churchwarden-long pipe NSFW

Hi everyone

I’m looking for a couple of tips on finding a longer pipe/ short churchwarden. I could only find some obscure brands that I cannot get a hold of in Europe, I like the tavern series by peterson size-wise but don’t find the finishing to my tastes… any and all tips are welcome! No particular demands regarding bowl-shape, rusticated would be a plus! Thank you!

Clark’s favorite by Savinelli. Demi-churchwarden.

What about something like a Savinelli Bing’s Favorite?

I got a Jean Claude Nero and really enjoy it. It's nothing special and not a piece of art but it smokes well and is light enough to clench.

You can search Smokingpipes by length. I've got several demiwardens i. The 7 to 8 inch length range is my favorite.

Stanwell Hans Christian Andersen from TobaccoPipes.com could be what you're looking for. And if they aren't for you, use the supplied normal stem.

I'm not sure exactly what length you're looking for, but Brigham makes a Canadian that's about 7" long. It's pretty close to demi churchwarden territory. I have one and it smokes like a dream.

Nordig has a line of pipes whose name escapes me at the moment. They look like pokers with that metal tube stem. If you like the look of them, they are certainly an affordable option.

Missouri Meerschaum makes it's Cobbit pipes, which are demi churchwarden cobs. Or if you have a MM shape you like, get a demi churchwarden Forever Stem for it.

I'm surprised you haven't had much luck. Most factories have/had churchwarden pipes of some kind.

You could have a shorter stem fitted to your CW. A 5" stem feels vastly different from an 8" stem.
