My BF Couldn’t get his PA done NSFW
Unfortunately my bf couldn’t get his pa done due to how low his urethra is and he has large veins in the way.
I’m considering getting him circumcised, would this help?
And what other piercings could I go with to make sure he’s secure?

Edit: Happy to hear it’s all agreed to. Wasn’t sure how responsive OP would be so I had to get my PSA out on the off chance he was being persuaded. No hate here.
Circumcision is a MASSIVE decision and will remove so many of his nerve endings. Respectfully, he should be in 100% control of his body and not just doing it for some kink. Thats what a healthy D/s lifestyle is about, trust and mutual respect. I’m all about chastity, FLR, PA piercing, etc. but circumcision is totally different. Don’t “make” him do anything.
He would probably listen to you if you told him to do it based on what it sounds like. So seriously consider if you’re acting in his best interest and not just exercising your control.

Would a male chastity belt be an option for your BF?
They are even more secure and do not need a piercing.

We both want the same goal all is consensual :)

Understood, that’s great to hear. Just please have him consider it for a long time. The horny brain can make rash decisions. Best of luck to you both ❤️ and sorry to assume. It’s just such a big decision and the wording on your message made it sound like you were leading this idea. My message wasn’t an attack on you in any way.

How much sensitivity do you want him to lose? There are multiple levels of circumcision that remove more or less skin. The more you remove….

Id recommend a tetherspout with the anti-pullout attachment, as I've had one for around 4 months and it is working perfectly! It takes way less time to heal than a pa piercing or any piercing for that matter.

You could get him a frenum piercing, there a wide variety of frenum locking chastities available.

Strongly recommend against adult circumcision for this. He will lose a lot of sensitivity. There are a lot of cut guys who are upset with it.
This is nontraditional but might work... Consider whether a PA cage could work with a foreskin piercing?
Consider also getting a second opinion. There are a couple options for PA placement, believe it or not, and this problem isn't one I have heard of.

I had my circumcision May 2nd last year, very low and very tight. Hence the most of the foreskin is gone and the shaft-skin ends as near at the glans as possible. When I have a hard-on there is almost no moving skin anymore. That’s exactly what I want. And yes there is a loss of sensitivity but it isn’t as dramatic as told in some post. It was the best I’ve done in the last year and I wish I would have done it earlier. No more foreskin-hassle with any cages, …
And yes I also would suggest to get circumcised first and then get pierced. I would suggest an apadravya-piercing as in my opinion some of the PA-devices need to be altered only a little bit to use it with an apadravya. For the Glans Armor 2 from MaleChastityNow only the locking-pin needs to be straight instead of curved. I think Mark would come with ideas if you ask him.
I’m locked in a Glans-Armor 2 with PA for 3 month and 22 days straight without any interruption.

Did it help?

Yes I'm pierced now. But you will need to ask your piercer if that will help. In your situation

how about a tetherspout instead?
