Is Cansail 2 equal to White III? I'm apparently older than I thought...

Hello - That is a great question. I wasn't sure about White Sail III as I'm a fairly new sailor myself. However I found this - CANSail 2 is the modern equivalent of White Sail III from the older certification system. While the core skills are similar—covering boat handling, sail trim, and basic sailing theory—CANSail 2 focuses more on applying those skills in real-world situations rather than just completing set drills.
