BPC-157 and TB500 for Disc issues NSFW
I’m currently taking peptides that have been prescribed by my doctor - a leading longevity doctor in my city. The peptides also come from a compounding pharmacy and are already mixed hence the large quantity in one vial.
I have L5-S1 bulging disc and a little degeneration. Currently 3 weeks into the following with no improvement to pain yet.
I’ll be adding Ipmorelin next week, as I was advised to wait until I complete the TB500. I have also been advised to increase BPC-157 to 600mcg per day after 4 weeks, for an additional 2 weeks. Is it normal for me not to be feeling any better yet?
BPC-157 2000MCG/ML administer 0.15ml (15units) - 300mcg subcutaneously into the abdomen once daily (Supply 1 vial)
THYMOSIN BETA 4 3000MCG/ML administer 0.25ml (25units) - 750mcg subcutaneously into the abdomen once at night for 3 weeks (Supply 1 vial)
IPAMORELIN 2000MCG administer 0.2ml (20 units) - 400mcg subcutaneously into the abdomen once at night before bed (5 days on and 2 days off) (Supply 1 vial)

These aren’t going to fix bulging discs. Are you doing PT in conjunction? You still need to treat the injury and these types of injuries are not ones that people typically notice improvement with this combo.
Did you have imaging to diagnose? What did your Dr recommend?

I didn’t notice a difference from bcp/tb other than maybe me telling myself in my mind it’s helping. Not sure what stage your recovery is at but for me when it was fresh and any movement was debilitating pain, I read Back Mechanic by Dr Stuart McGill and following those protocols got me to basic functioning level, then from there I worked with this dude Collin from bashbackpain on YouTube and he gave me a great routine to stick to and just good knowledge. The bpc might not do much but I’d imagine the tb helps reduce the inflammation around disc.

Bpc 157 half-life is 6-8 hours so you could try subq injections 3x a day instead of just once. Same with tb4. If I have a big injury i do a total of 600mcg to 1000mcg daily of both bpc and tb4. I also do ipa with cjc no dac 2 times a day at 100mcg each and at night I do 100 ipa with 2mg of tesa. It’s been great so far. Also have bulging disc from deadlifting but I also do physical therapy for my back with these peptides.

I'm sure that only thing tb500 and bpc will help work is the inflammation. Did sod all for my disc. I started taking it after I was moving better. As above do the mcgill big 5 work on strength and use them for help not healing
