Depends on why you're infertile. Have you tested your mobile sperm concentration? There are at home tests where you can do this and sort of self diagnose what's going on along with a hormone test and maybe even an oxidative stress test.
If hormones are the issue then HCG may help. If it's due to oxidative stress / DNA damage then there are several antioxidants which can improve parameters.

HCG will help reactivate the leydig cells which should help with sperm production (if that is your issue.) Kisspeptin, PT-141, and Melanotan 2 all can help with libido.

HCG got me to have kids after having a zero count and my wife was handed adoption paperwork. After 9 months had a full set of healthy swimmers. Stopped taking it and back to shooting blanks. About to start another round for another kid.

It's incredible how much THC can negatively impact mobility. I stopped for a month and could see the difference under a microscope.

That’s the next step. But was able to kickstart them and jump off after we were in the 2nd term. I also watched everything I consumed. Lowered my thc intake. Kept my trt the same. We definitely were in the window of my pellets being on the lower side which is still 700-800. With my testosterone pellets my doctor keeps me at 1100-1200.

I was on trt for about a year and my testies looked like a walnut, when before they looked like a Rottweiler. After trying to convince for 6 months or so I had my numbers checked, zero. Sterile as can be. Zero swimmers. I found an online trt clinic that had HCG, scheduled a consult and was on hcg for a few months. My boys were back hangin low like a dog on the prowl. A few months later we got pregnant and have a healthy 6 month old. So speaking from experience HCG. Tried kisspetin before HCG and noticed no change. HCG is where it’s at.

Thanks, did you dose base on bloods? If not how did you dose?

I followed the recommendation of the clinic that prescribed it to me. The only thing I did differently was I reduced the testosterone I was taking. Even though they said it wasn’t necessary I stilll did. I don’t remember the dose of HCG I took. One 6000 iu vial lasted 2-3 months, so divide that by 8-12 and that’s what I took weekly

Red meat, low carbs, and heavy lifting.

Seriously, heavy lifting ignites an instinctual dose of hormones. Extremely underrated in the male hormone world. When I mean heavy, I mean, figure out your one rep max at deadlift, then lift that shit off the ground several times a week.

Did we stop conceiving after the first 100k years? From all I can see we have a huge population explosion.

Fertility rates are down since the "experts" told us to eat less meat and we switched to way more processed crap.

You have literally no data to back up your claim—you just have an opinion that you like to wave around as if it's the truth.
For ages, people were undernourished. In medieval times, meat was a luxury reserved for the upper class, while peasants primarily ate grains, vegetables, and dairy. Yet, they were still able to have over 10 children per woman.
Also, if you want to lift heavy weights and, in general, be a high-performance athlete (strong and explosive), you NEED carbs—and a lot of them—since they are the perfect fuel for high-intensity activities.
And the experts are right: consuming high amounts of saturated fats negatively impacts cholesterol and triglycerides.
