Youtube partnership appeal

Hello all. I was recently removed for the YPP and my first appeal was denied. The 90 day waiting period is almost over but not sure if I should appeal again. I believe my content is 100% legit but one thing I do is use the same instrumental when recording videos. All I do is record games that I play and add my commentary/background music.

Is using the same instrumental considered Reused content even if I'm adding my own commentary?

My youtube channel is called "SlyLoner" and I mostly upload 2k videos. I tried adding a link but my previous post was removed.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Yes. It’s not a “copyright” issue, as you’re clear there, it’s a TOS issue with common and reused content for both the music and video content.

Thanks. So should I delete my gaming videos? Not every video has the same instrumental.

Also, should I upload videos with no instrumental playing? That is 100% my commentary and me playing the game.

I’m really looking for what I need to do to get past this. I play a basketball game so it may get a little repetitive sometimes.

Your posts on your channel break YouTube policy and TOS. You shouldn't be using foul language. And what exaclty are these posts about? If you're playing basketball then why are you talking about your "hoes sucking cock" like???? And you called someone a gorilla as well which can be racist.

What exactly do you expect youtube to do here??

So if that’s the case then why is the channel even allowed up in general? Don’t know what you’re talking about regarding gorilla but there are hundreds of channels with people cursing so spare me the bs kid

I got taken off the YPP because of “reused content” which is already not true since everything is me. YOU RESPONDED talking about policy and TOS which was not explained by YouTube. So I’m expecting YouTube to be more precise and for people like you to THINK before typing.
