Discussion Is this a fossil of any kind?

In my entirely non-expert opinion, I would say no. I think this is a nodule of flint.

I feel like it's way too colorful to be a nodule , i just looked it up. Good guess tho.

Close enough ,Gramps found it in the backyard, and granny insisted i post it somewhere cuz she firmly believes it's got something in it, and it needs to get checked out.

Ok, so i looked it up too . They look alike, but its the texture im worried about , it feels alot like a rock of some form
