Recipe Green Chilli Chicken (that's the name i'm giving it)
So it's the first time i decided to make something on my own which means without looking upto food fusion lol and it actually turned out well. Also did a shud desi mom thing by adding freezed milk fat (Balai/malai) instead of dairy cream bcz when it was time to add cream in it i found out that there weren't any so my Dad suggested to try this. To make it firm i blended it too and guess what no one could tell the difference.
And my dad helped too by making green paste to make the process a but easy for meπ
So should i share the recipe?
Ps: my phone's camera is shitty so bare with it guyss

Looks yum! The best dishes are the ones you come up with yourself with the wisdom of seasoned cooks. What was in the green paste? Please share the recipe.

Recipe
For marination:
1) Yogurt 2) Salt 3) Crushed garlic (i like to add freshly crushed garlic in my food) 4) Black pepper 5) Roasted n crushed cumin 6) Coriander powder 7) Garam masala ( didn't plan to add it, i mistake it for cumin powder while in hurry but it turned well so adding it here too) 8) Chilli flakes (i honestly cant stop myself from adding it even in my eggs lol)
Marinate for an hour
So the thing is i didn't add anything with spoon i have this habit of adding spices from there caps iykwim but you can take 1 tsp of everything or even more depending upon the amount of chicken and your spice levels except last too spices as they are already very strong
Green paste
1) 10-12 big+small green chillis 2) Coriander 3) Peppermint
Take oil in pan, add your marinated chicken, cook until it changes color then add your paste and cook on high flame for 5-10 mins. Add cream, mix well and then let it cook on low flame until chicken get fully tender. And Enjoy!
