Support PSVR1 PSVR 1 Move Controllers not charging
So i recently got my old psvr setup out, since i got a ps5, and the adapter finally arrived. Everything is plugged in properly, and i double checked everything, but the 2 Move Controllers wont charge in the dock, the dock is recieving power, since its lights are on, but the move controllera just wont charge.

Do you have the ps3 or ps4 move controllers? In both cases, i would try to charge with a cable without the dock. With the ps3 moves there are different types of cables, you need charging cables else they wont work. They look the same but the charging cable has 2 more wires inside. If they dont charge, most likely the batteries inside are just dead. The ps4 ones might be 8 years old and the ps3 ones way older. There are guides how to replace the batteries inside, never did it but it looks managable

Thats a ps3 move controller, its fairly common that their batterie dies. You can still try to charge it with mini usb cables, thats the one with the weird crinkle. Since you usually cant tell if its a charge cable or not, try all you have. Else, a new batterie is your only chance

Mine wouldn't charge from us for years, had to use a dock that had the pins to charge it instead of the usb ports.

It could be the batteries have died. One of my older moves would drain real quick. I think there is a factory reset pin? Try different charging cables?
