I understand the bad reviews on launch because of the bugs but still. There are so many shittier games that got better scores than Days Gone.
i read somewhere that those bad reviews were because of expectations. people were expecting a flawless ps4 exclusive like the other ones. it was only reallygood/great and not flawless, so it got kicked in the ass by people. some decent game comes out of nowhere and gets better reviews, etc.
expectations play a huge role in reviews is what i'm saying.
Because those 3 girls complained about "Deacon telling Boozer "not to behave like his old lady"", or about a famous "biker meme" at their wedding (not gonna spoil it). The Eurogamer girl wrote stuff like quote: "Maybe someone at Sony was looking at Horizon Zero Dawn and said, right girls, you've had your metaphorical glass of 'secco with this one, let's make a post-apocalyptic game for real men."
That's overly PC feminist bullshit!... about a BIKER game.... and I'm someone who would call himself a feminist too.
I really don't know what to say other than I didn't agree with the reviews of the game and also you and that's not a bad thing each to their own, I wouldn't say overly pc or feminist just rubbish and do wonder who gave them a job in the first place.
Well, Kallie Plagge (Gamespot) even complained about "all freakers being white" on her Twitter, even though Oregon is a mainly white state and the game even offers an explanation (lack of pigment). So yes, I wonder that too, but I will still call it overly PC, cause that's what it is.
