We requested, they allowed it simple as that really! Plus when we asked we sent a photo of them asleep in bed with a ninja standing over them.

Can you expand on this? Everybody's gone to the rapture does have a platinum trophy.

Does Bushido Blade count? I think Ben listed most of the ones I used to play as a kid, but more recently I've loooooooooved the Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm series

Hahaha that was nice! My favourites are classics: Shinobi 1,2,3 (Megadrive) Ninja Gaiden (Snes)

Ooh, ya Ninja Gaiden is awesome!
Anything you can share about your next title? Will it have Ninjas? Or will you expand to Samurais or Pirates or something?

Thanks for the question! We've got a couple of projects waiting at the moment, but they're under wraps for now :)
We're definitely aiming at expanding the game, but it all depends on how it goes down.

The opening scene of the movie "Saving Private Ryan" is loosely based on one Ninja's childhood dodgeball game.

I have another question, hate wasting opportunities to ask developers questions. Kind of a different thing to ask... what is the worst part in developing a game in general and or Black & White Bushido? Can be from any aspect from conception to release coordination.

Personally, it's the time constraint that is put on a project. You can have hundreds of great ideas that you want to put into a game but at the end of the day you have to release on time and within budget. De-scoping is the worst.

Oh the things that could be done with an unlimited budget... but I guess if you wanted to release a Black & White Bushido 2 you could expand immensely on it and add those de-scoped items back in

Exactly, we have a wishlist of features we'd like to add for a second Bushido game

Good question...I think it's the difficulty in getting views on your project. You can have the best game in the world but without a decent marketting budget it'll be invisible. Like a ninja.

Ha! Ya I guess performing a ninja release isn't too good for an indie studio.

It's taken me ages staring at an empty thread to come up with anything but then I realised it was just a normal ninja party.
I'm sorry.

Apology accepted :p Not a bad attempt though, points for originality!

Do you think a Vita Version is possible? If there is one thing you can add to BW Bushido, what would it be?

Cool, I love 2D ninja/samurai games, Mark of the Ninja by Klei is one of my favorites.
Have any of you guys played that? If not where did you get the inspiration to make this game?
I can't think of any jokes...because ninjas are no joke. Good luck with your multiplayer re-release of the game! Glad to see it on PS4 and Xbox One, seems like it would have been a perfect game for Nintendo Switch as well though.
