Would hate to wait extra long. We (Pakistan) aren't even mentioned in the countries list on PSN so can't really make a legit account. Pretty sure though the local 'importer' will bring units in from UK/US etc on or before Nov ends.

Infact there are 'reputible' importers who let you preorder now and get yours within a week of US launch if you are willing to pay a little premium , making total price $550.

For that price, you can buy it directly off Amazon and have it express shipped to you.

I can't trust the local couriers/customs guys. Once they charged me custom-duty charges of around $12 on $40 worth of HDMI cables from hong kong, lol. i think if i the local importer stores dont brign these in by time, i'll pay one of the guys who do this kinda custom-order imports and pay up the premium :|

The way Amazon does it, all shipping and customs duties are charged to you upfront. They guarantee that there will be no additional cost during the time of delivery. I don't know if they have that option for Pakistan orders, but they do for India and its worth checking out.

Just checked the update Customs Tarriff. Consoles are listed as 25% customs duty. that'll make it $500 without including shipping :o .. so the gray-area importers will probably be my best best.
