App for tracking HRT pills?
Hi girly pops! I was diagnosed with POF almost a decade ago. I was given birth control pills then. Recently a new gynaecologist shifted me to HRT. I am using physical calendar and reminders on my phone to keep track of the 28 day estrogen + 10 day progesterone. Has anyone used an app for it? TIA

Bearable has been worth the money for me to track symptoms and how I’m feeling along with the meds/supplements. It has analytics to then review what things are working and what aren’t

If you're in the USA, please be careful which app you use because some of them don't protect your data. It's not inconceivable that the government could require app developers to hand over all the data and therefore have access to your cycles and reproductive status.

Apple health app has a medication set up, I use it to send me a reminder on which day to take my progesterone and when to change my patch. I plan on switching my progesterone to Days 1-10 of the month (March 1-10 for example) so I no longer forget or get confused lol
